The support system inside the panel allows users to communicate with the administrator and report potential problems in a very simple way.

Basic configuration

  • On SGM navigate to Settings -> Support

 

Option Explanation
Support enabled Turn on or off support module.
Accepts attachments If accepts attachments in requests for support.
Attachments Extensions List of allowed extensions, separated by the ',' Eg: zip, rar, tar, gz,kpg
Days until tickets expire Days to expire support requests automatically.
