Support departments

The support departments allows you to improve the support system by giving you the possibility to organize your staff and assign different departments to different persons.

Creating a department

  • On SGM navigate to Settings -> Support -> New Department

Assign the department a name, as well as the services related

Once you created the departments these will be listed for configuration.


Configure the admini who will have access to support departments in the Permissions menu.
