In the startup command line, with SGM it is possible to create templates with which later the user will have to do only a couple of modifications.

On SGM navigate to
Give the new template a name with which users can identify it. You can also specify if the template will be visible to users.
After the template has beed created press Edit.
The process of creating a template has an organizational structure with categories in order to deliver an easier management. After creating the categories you may add the commands you desire.
Just like with config templates, in command line SGM has different types of commands.
There are three types of commands that you can create.
